RESIDENTIAL CARE
Upland Manor will offer high quality and all encompassing Residential Care. Alternatively called personal care or simply assisted living; this service is specifically for adults aged 65 and over. The extra support offered to those who opt for our Residential Care service includes general mobility, bathing, medication scheduling, cooking and cleaning.
NURSING CARE
For those that might require more complex and thorough attention; Nursing Care is a fantastic option. At Upland Manor, our team will offer exceptional levels of Nursing Care, ideal for residents who are recovering from different forms of serious injuries or illness. This care offers an excellent long term plan for our residents.
DEMENTIA CARE
Living with Dementia can produce many different challenges. Dementia affects all of us in different ways. At Upland Manor, we empathise the importance of correct and effective Dementia care. We have recruited a dedicated specialist team who can adapt to any of your specific requirements as well as making you feel comfortable and assured at all times.
