I cannot speak highly enough of Bradshaw Manor Care Home. The staff are wonderful and showed my mum such kindness, care and compassion. Even when we were in Mum’s room, we could hear staff speaking to other residents in such a warm, affectionate way. It was lovely and heart-warming to hear. When Mum arrived there after twelve weeks in a community hospital, she was very frail, weak and unresponsive. Within two weeks she was like a different person, due to the care and attention she had been given at Bradshaw.
The rooms are lovely, warm and cosy. They encourage the residents to eat, giving them what they like. There are lots of activities and outings.
The staff were also amazing during Mum’s final days and hours and we will never be able to thank them enough.
