The Rhallt nursing home is a very family-oriented home and the staff have been so caring to my mother and myself. The staff are very hardworking and supportive, the activities staff do try and interact with residents, which is lovely to see. For our family situation, it is still very early days and it has been a challenging journey but I have always been guided and well supported by management, nurses, carers, reception and other staff too. I can recommend The Rhallt nursing home.
