The care and kindness that my aunty has received at Regency have been excellent! All of the staff treated her with gentle, empathetic, and genuine care. When she arrived she was frightened and anxious but by the next day, she was calm and comfortable. I cannot thank the managers and their team enough both for the excellent care my Aunty received and the honesty and support I was given at what was a very difficult time.
