I cannot speak highly enough of Bradshaw Manor Care Home. The staff are wonderful and showed my mum such kindness, care and compassion. Even when we were in Mum’s room, we could hear staff speaking to other residents in such a warm, affectionate way. It was lovely and heart-warming to hear. When Mum arrived there after twelve weeks in a community hospital, she was very frail, weak and unresponsive. Within two weeks she was like a different person, due to the care and attention she had been given at Bradshaw.
The rooms are lovely, warm and cosy. They encourage the residents to eat, giving them what they like. There are lots of activities and outings.
The staff were also amazing during Mum’s final days and hours and we will never be able to thank them enough.

My Mother entered Hilton House in March 2022. The staff made the application process and transfer very simple. They communicated clearly, especially since I live outside the UK. The facilities are well maintained and security is very effectively handled. So far, the staff have made a difficult situation as easy as they could for us and my Mother. Visiting was straightforward and well managed. We appreciate all they’ve done

I cannot praise Twyford House enough. My mum came in very suddenly and she immediately felt at home and welcomed. The staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. I never feel anything other than welcomed at all times. They are very easy to talk to and very caring. Mum enjoys the food which is varied and also the activities, especially the walking club, exercises arts and crafts also. She has also enjoyed trips out on the bus more recently, visiting local places she remembers.

The care and kindness that my aunty has received at Regency have been excellent! All of the staff treated her with gentle, empathetic, and genuine care. When she arrived she was frightened and anxious but by the next day, she was calm and comfortable. I cannot thank the managers and their team enough both for the excellent care my Aunty received and the honesty and support I was given at what was a very difficult time.

On my visits, I have found the staff efficient, professional and very friendly. When phoning, they make it so easy to book times etc. During these difficult Covid times they have coped very well. The rooms are beautifully clean and the outlook across the gardens is pleasant. I particularly enjoy seeing the photos on the social media page. What a lovely visit to Bod Hyfryd. The Christmas decorations look spectacular and we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were friendly and professional ensuring that we had a negative test before entering. The home is clean and tidy and the care staff were approachable and showed great compassion.

My aunt advised me that the food is great and she has a choice of meals throughout the day. It was lovely and reassuring to see that my aunt is so well cared for and shown dignity and respect. Well done to all the staff and thank you.
