Meet Deborah Baker, Finalist for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Social Care Award’
Lovett Care is delighted to announce that our Chief Operating Officer, Deborah Baker, is a finalist in the “Outstanding Contribution to Social Care Award” for the Great British Awards 2022 for her continuous striving to improve the care sector. This award will be presented to the individual whom the judges believe has achieved a long-term exceptional contribution to social care.
Deborah has 22 years experience in the care sector. She worked as Operations Director for Lovett Care for over 2 years, before beginning her current role of Chief Operating Officer in July 2022. In Deborah’s 2 years at Lovett Care, she has helped steer us through the Covid-19 pandemic and through an incredible period of rapid expansion.
Following the great news, Deborah said: ”We are so proud of all of our team for ensuring that we grow safely and securely as a business, whilst always being sure that our residents are safe and at the heart of every decision that we make.”
