Lovett’s SLT has been nominated for the Care Employer Award
Lovett Care is extremely happy to announce that our Senior Leadership Team have been nominated for the Care Employer Award at the Great British Care Awards.
Being nominated for the Care Employer Award represents a singular achievement for our Senior Leadership Team. In order to be nominated, a home or care home group must be able to demonstrate exceptional professionalism and a long-term track record of delivering high-quality care. At the same time, a nominated organisation must be able to demonstrate numerous examples of exemplary leadership practice, a willingness to meet new social care priorities, and a commitment to the dignity and privacy of their residents.
Deborah Baker, Lovett Care’s Chief Operating Officer, had the following comment upon receipt of the news:
”We are so proud of all of our team for ensuring that we grow safely and securely as a business, whilst always being sure that our residents are safe and at the heart of every decision that we make.”
We would like to congratulate our senior leadership team and thank them for all their hard work.
Good luck!
