This is a personalised plan, tailoring your care around your personality and unique ways of doing things. However, you may be wondering what exactly goes into such a plan. What is Included in a Nursing Care Plan?
When you begin the enquiry process to come to any of our nursing care homes, our care workers will work closely with you to create a bespoke nursing plan. Here at Lovett care, we understand that everyone is different. For that reason, we build your individual needs, wishes and beliefs into each of your care plans. Not only does this help us to meet your health needs but it also ensures that your personality isn’t lost throughout the process.
Here at Lovett Care, we are strong believers in giving our residents choice. Therefore, we will involve you in every step when building your care plan, so that you understand why we do everything that we do. To find out what you need, we will carry out an individual assessment of needs. As a part of your care plan, you can expect 24-hour nursing care from registered nurses, regular assessments from a qualified nurse and medication management. In addition to this medical attention, our care professionals will also be able to provide you with clean and comfortable accommodation, physical assistance and meals that are both nutritious and delicious.
Do I Need Nursing Care?
Our nursing care is for those who require more complex care than that of the care professionals alone. For example, you may have a complicated illness, long-term condition or be recovering from an injury. Nursing care is there to step in when you can no longer receive this kind of care at home. Charlotte House
Located in Bebington, the Wirral, Charlotte House is a state-of-the-art building that houses 72 beautifully furnished ensuite bedrooms. At Charlotte House, we work hard to build a schedule with a vibrant and social atmosphere where our residents feel safe to thrive. This includes everything from engaging activities filled with fun and laughter to restaurant style meals.
Regency Care Centre
Located in Whitefield in central Manchester and Bury, Regency Care Centre also offers state-of-the-art facilities in spacious surroundings. Purpose built, with 60 fantastic ensuite bedrooms, this home offers luxurious facilities as well as its luxury landscape gardens.
