Janet Chadwick Has Been Nominated For The Three Rs Award!

Lovett Care is proud to announce that Janet Chadwick has been nominated as a finalist for the Three Rs Award at the Great British Care Awards 2022. This award demonstrates Janet’s skilful approach towards recruitment, retention, and recognition. 

To be eligible for the Three Rs award, the nominee must be able to demonstrate a use of strategies that recruit on values and recognise the importance of excellence in their workplace, promote diversity and inclusion in their workplace, and retain a highly-motivated and skilled workforce.
