Construction update on our new care facility in St Helens, Merseyside

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news about our upcoming care facility in St Helens, Merseyside!

Construction on this state-of-the-art 64-bed care home is progressing well, and we’re eagerly anticipating its opening in spring 2025. This new facility will be a haven for both residential and dementia care, offering a warm and supportive environment for all who will call it home.

Roof construction nearing completion

One of the significant milestones we’ve reached is the near completion of the roof construction. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Walter Thompson (Contractors) Ltd., the roof will be watertight by the end of this month. This is a crucial step in ensuring that the building is protected from the elements as we move into the colder, wetter months ahead. With the roof in place, we can now focus on the detailed work required to bring the interior spaces to life.

Internal finishes are underway

As the roof construction wraps up, our attention is now turning to the internal finishes. This stage of the project is where our latest care home will begin to take shape, transforming into a welcoming and comfortable space. Over the coming months, we’ll be working on everything from plastering and painting to installing fixtures and fittings. Every detail is being carefully considered to ensure that the environment is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and comforting for our future residents.
