Welcome to our brand new purpose-built luxury care home in Chelmsford. Opening in winter 2026, Chelmsford Manor will bring exceptional residential, dementia, nursing, and respite care to 60 residents in a modern, welcoming, luxurious care home. Chelmsford residents will enjoy premium facilities to transform each day, including:

We use smart technology throughout our care homes. Chelmsford families will gain reassurance from fall-prevention systems in bedrooms that work discreetly to provide reassurance, while PainChek ensures our team can quickly recognise and respond to discomfort with compassion. With ultrafast broadband throughout, residents can make the most of advanced wellbeing technology, seamless video calls with loved ones, and several entertainment streaming services.
For those requiring dementia care, Chelmsford Manor has advanced features to offer skilled support, while fostering independence. The Happiness Programme is an interactive light experience designed specifically for dementia care that’s successful in creating engaging and joyful moments.
