Care Home Awards 2022
Here at Lovett Care, we are delighted to announce that our home, Bradshaw Manor, had been named one of CareHome.co.uk’s top 20 care homes in Wales!
The Criteria
The Care Home Awards take place every year and honour the best care homes in each region across the UK. From Northern Ireland to Scotland, England to Wales.
The criteria for the awards is fairly simple, however, there is strong competition at every point in the process.
Initial eligibility criteria include having a listing on CareHome.co.uk. You can take a look at our listing for more information.
As a care home, we must then have a minimum of 5 reviews that have been published between 1st July 2021 and 30th June 2022. During this time we received some exceptional reviews from the family and friends of our residents.
The awards are also based on the review score at the published cut-off date of Thursday 30th June 2022.
And finally, compliance with all regulations as outlined in WIC inspections. This includes the team at CareHome.co.uk scouring through our latest report to seek out anything unsatisfactory that would mean that they could rip the title from us.
While the criteria may not appear that tough we have some strong competition that could easily have prevented us from being in the top 20.
What This Means
This great honour means that the team over at Bradshaw Manor are being recognised for their hard work, dedication and ultimately their care for the residents. While this honour means that the Bradshaw Manor name will be at the forefront of everyone’s minds when considering care homes, it does not mean that we will change our ethos.
We have won the award based on our care and the genuine appreciation of the friends and families of our residents. And we will not let this falter.
Our aim is to maintain the fantastic standards that we have already set out for ourselves. We are a small and modest home, and we would like to keep it that way. Our care is personalised to each resident and we intend to maintain that high standard of care.
