Types of Care & Support
RESIDENTIAL
Personal care and support available 24 hours. Residential care is for those who need extra support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, taking medication, cooking, cleaning and general mobility which can no longer be managed safely within their own home. Many people choose to join us simply because they are looking to enjoy the next chapter of their life with new friends and a daily activities programme.
Our person centred approach gives you peace of mind that you can gain assistance when needed.
NURSING
Some of our homes offer 24 hour dedicated nursing care, providing peace of mind to our residents and their families. Our highly trained Registered Nurses are employed by us and can support those with more complex care needs and medical intervention.
DEMENTIA
We understand that dementia affects everyone differently and that living with dementia can be difficult for both the individual and their family. We believe that dementia care should be personalised to the individual and our highly trained team take the time to understand the needs of each and every resident. With dedicated activities and person centred care, our aim is to help those on a dementia journey live well within our care.
DAY CARE
We offer a caring, friendly and welcoming day care service at some of our homes, enabling day care visitors to relax in beautiful surroundings whilst enjoying the company of others. Here you can can make new friends, enjoy a spot of lunch, and take part in varied activities all whilst maintaining a sense of independence in a supportive environment.
RESPITE
We offer respite care for adults aged over 65 who require convalescence following an accident, illness, or family emergency. Even the most dedicated carers need time to rest or head off on holiday and that's why our respite care is available for those who are in need of a well-deserved break. When this moment arises we are here to support.
